staff transitions. That is why in addition to providing full systems training
to our customer’s staff during the installation period, we also ensure continual
training through an ongoing follow-up program. We offer 24 hour emergency
service, and where possible, provide temporary replacement equipment during the
repair period to minimize down time.  We
also maintain a longstanding partnership with Counterforce. Our Counterforce Corporate
Club Membership reflects the exceptional service we consistently provide to our
customers. The Counterforce Corporate Club is an organization of “premium”
alarm installing dealers who meet stringent criteria for maintaining a polished
corporate image, outstanding service, and strict business ethics. The standards
for membership are high and designated so that fewer than 10% of partners qualify.
